Rebuild strength in a saltwater pool with low-impact, resistance-based movements.
Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic Exercise at Physical Therapy Solutions takes place in our solar-heated, in-house saltwater pool, offering you the opportunity to perform movements you may not be able to do on land. The buoyancy of the water reduces gravity’s effect on the body, while providing resistance similar to weights. You are never left alone in the pool as you rebuild strength with minimal physical stress. Ask about our group classes to further enhance your recovery and fitness journey.

Why Water? Why Us?
Our 18-foot solar-heated indoor pool offers the perfect temperature and environment year-round. Warm water soothes sore muscles and stiff joints, while buoyancy reduces pressure on your body—making it easier to move, stretch, and rebuild strength.
